Grocery List Poetry

I once caught myself staring at a grocery list and realizing it was, in its own way, a poem. Bananas, apples, cheese, nuts. Ordinary words, but together they tell a story of a household, a mood, a life in progress.

That’s the thing about creativity: it hides in plain sight. A billboard can spark a design idea. A conversation overheard at a bus stop can seed a story. A grocery list can remind you that the most mundane details are the raw material of art.

We don’t always need grand inspiration. Sometimes all we need is to notice what’s already in front of us.
