About This Project

For the 2025 edition of Stokebird, an annual gathering that brings together hundreds of personal electric vehicle enthusiasts from around the world, we were brought on to assist with key logistical and strategic planning efforts. Our role focused on connecting the organizers with a variety of local venues to host attendees, ensuring seamless coordination between event spaces and the festival’s needs.

We also worked to secure incentives and discounts with participating venues, enhancing the overall experience for attendees while fostering valuable partnerships within the local business community. Beyond venue logistics, we provided strategic planning guidance to streamline event operations and maximize engagement.

Our expertise in event logistics and local partnerships helped ensure that Stokebird 2025 delivered a smooth and well-integrated experience, further cementing Miami as a hub for the global PEV community.
