The Quiet Middle

The Quiet Middle

I’m learning to stop craving extremes. The big wins, the big losses, those get all the attention. But most of life happens in the quiet middle.

The middle is where the real work happens. Where habits form, ideas evolve, and identity gets tested in silence. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where meaning accumulates, one small act at a time.

The middle is also where most people give up. It’s long, slow, and mostly invisible. But if you can make peace with it, the middle becomes the most sacred place of all; the space where you grow without needing anyone to notice.
